Mr. Ashraf is an Advocate High Court and veteran Finance Professional. He has joined SR Law after serving for more than 35 years in corporate and  finance departments of different corporations. He specializes in Corporate Laws (Companies Act, Competition Act and Securities Act) and Tax Laws (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax). He has successfully completed different assignments of pre-mergers approval from competition commission and got approved schemes of  amalgamation from High Court.

He is also on the panel of Official Liquidators and Provisional Mangers of SECP and is empaneled as Insolvency Expert  under Corporate Rehabilitation Act. Mr. Ashraf has published several papers on Tax and Corporate Matters besides being a speaker at different professional forums.
