Sufia, a graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), has been part of the Firm for over five (05) years, and currently is part of the Islamabad Office of the Firm. Sufia has represented and advised both local Pakistani and global business groups on aspects of corporate and commercial law, ranging from investments, joint ventures, fund raising, shareholder issues, project structuring and finance, infrastructure and public procurement to local regulatory licenses and permits, along with labour and employment law. She has also has extensive experience in rendering legal advice on non-contentious legal matters, and specializes in advising start-up entities with legal structuring and compliances. Her areas of practice primarily includes, inter alia, structuring of projects, undertaking commercial negotiations and drafting and vetting the required legal instruments/agreements.
