Mr. Haider Omar Hayat is an accomplished lawyer based in Islamabad, recognized for his expertise in civil, corporate, and constitutional law. A graduate of BPP University in London with an LL.B. (Hons.), Mr. Hayat has distinguished himself by representing high-profile cases and structuring major corporate transactions for both private and state institutions. As an Associate Partner at SR-Law, Mr. Haider Omar Hayat played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s

His clients include major national bodies such as the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), National Logistics Corporation, and Army Welfare Trust. Hayat provided extensive legal advisory for Diamer-Bhasha Development Company and Indus River

At Pitmans LLP in the United Kingdom, he honed his skills in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, working on corporate and real estate matters. Subsequently, he joined Cohen Amir-Aslani in Paris, one of France’s top five ranked law firms, where he worked under the guidance of the eminent Mr. Ardavan Amir-Aslani. In this role, he managed high-stakes corporate cases and acted as a liaison with the Embassy of Pakistan, enhancing his expertise in cross-border legal matters and global regulatory standards.
